Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities required.
• Experience reading blueprints and working with MS Office tools required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead maintenance teams on shift for planned and emergency work.
• Monitor maintenance impacts on uptime, throughput, and quality.
• Update Workday labor tracking daily for the shift.
• Lead RCA to resolve technical problems in packing, process, and utilities.
• Develop PMs and assist in budgeting for maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings.
