Job summary

Sephora is looking for a Facilities Clerk to manage the maintenance parts store, perform receiving, stocking, and data entry, and liaise with vendors to meet maintenance needs. The role includes closing work orders and updating the Keep Trax system.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a maintenance parts store, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. This on-site position supports daily operations and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in managing a parts store in a Maintenance Department.
• Must understand how to organize, secure and manage a successful parts room.
• Must have good planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate physical counts of inventory and reconcile with records.
• Maintain accurate stock in Keep Trax and ensure proper part IDs.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts to verify min & max levels.
• Coordinate receiving and stocking of items as needed.
• Communicate with vendors daily to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure PMs and WO entries are logged in Keep Trax by shift team.
