Job summary

Sephora Group is seeking a Manager of Facilities at our Las Vegas Distribution Center. The role oversees maintenance teams and drives a preventive maintenance program to ensure a safe, efficient warehouse environment, including HVAC, conveyors and motorized equipment.

The position requires scheduling flexibility, cost control, and strong project management. Industry knowledge of standards, safety protocols and strong communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates of Arts degree preferred or 3+ years of facilities supervision/management experience in DC/warehouse environment.
• Experience managing a budget preferred.
• HVAC systems knowledge and maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with Lock-out/Tag-out, fall protection and OSHA safety regulations.
• Welding and/or fabrication experience a plus.
• Extensive mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the assessment, repair and documentation for equipment and facility preventative maintenance.
• Manage and coordinate Preventive and Predictive Maintenance for motorized material handling equipment, conveyors and HVAC systems.
• Oversee Maintenance Technicians and Sanitation staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with service providers, inspectors and asset managers to maintain end-to-end Facilities assets maintenance program.
