Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Manager for the Las Vegas Distribution Center to oversee maintenance and safety programs, manage a team of technicians and sanitation staff, and coordinate with vendors for equipment upgrades. The role ensures a safe, operational building and end-to-end preventative maintenance per schedule.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in facilities supervision, budget experience, and HVAC knowledge. A Associates degree is preferred; CFM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or 3+ years of facilities supervision/management experience.
• Experience managing a budget and allocating financial resources.
• HVAC understanding and experience with safety regulations (OSHA/state).
• Formal electrical/electronic, technician or mechanical millwright training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance and preventive maintenance activities for equipment and facilities.
• Manage budget activities for equipment upgrades and departmental needs.
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and Sanitation staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for installation, training and acceptance.
• Ensure OSHA safety rules and company policies are followed; provide safety training.
