Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Manager for our Distribution Center in Las Vegas, NV. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and sanitation personnel, ensuring safe, efficient operations and preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires overseeing capital projects, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining OSHA safety standards. A degree or 3+ years of supervision experience in warehousing is preferred, with strong planning and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3+ years of facilities and maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in a distribution/warehousing setting.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise maintenance technicians and sanitation staff.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance for equipment and HVAC systems.
• Manage budgets and capital projects for equipment upgrades.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards across the site.
• Coordinate with vendors, inspectors and service providers.
