SEPHORA is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Manager for the Las Vegas Distribution Center to oversee building, equipment, and grounds, ensuring safety and operational readiness at a high-volume warehouse.

You will supervise maintenance technicians and sanitation staff, coordinate with vendors, and lead preventive maintenance programs while managing budgets and safety compliance. The role demands proactive planning and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3+ years of facilities supervision/management experience.
• Experience managing a budget and allocating resources.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and safety regulations (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Direct preventive maintenance and repairs for facility equipment and systems.
• Lead Maintenance Technicians and sanitation staff; oversee scheduling and performance.
• Coordinate with vendors/inspectors and manage safety training.
• Develop and implement a Facilities Preventative Maintenance program.
