Job summary

Sephora Las Vegas Distribution Center is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and sanitation teams, ensuring safe, reliable facilities and equipment. You will direct preventive maintenance programs and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong project and budget management, OSHA compliance, and hands-on technical knowledge of HVAC, conveyors, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3+ years in facilities supervision in DC/ warehousing environment.
• Experience managing a budget.
• Experience with HVAC and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Lock-out/Tag-out and OSHA safety regulations knowledge.
• CFM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct assessment, repair and documentation for preventative maintenance.
• Manage preventive/predictive maintenance for material handling equipment and HVAC systems.
• Develop plans to prevent equipment problems from affecting operations.
• Oversee budget activities for equipment upgrades or upgrades.
• Ensure parts stock is maintained for the maintenance department.
• Provide OSHA/state safety training and ensure compliance.
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and Sanitation/Janitorial associates.
