Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance team supporting our distribution center operations. You will direct preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable equipment and building systems. Strong safety culture and CMMS experience are essential.

The role requires hands-on leadership, planning, and the ability to work across teams to maintain high standards and ensure timely maintenance of material handling equipment and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or 3+ years experience in facilities supervision/management in a distribution center/warehouse.
• Experience managing a budget preferred.
• HVAC understanding and experience with mechanical/electrical systems.
• Knowledge of Lock-out/Tag-out, OSHA/state safety regulations.
• Welding/fabrication experience a plus.
• Extensive mechanical/electrical knowledge and troubleshooting.
• CFM certification or pursuing CFM is a plus.
• Formal electrical/electronic, technician or mechanical millwright training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct assessment, repair and documentation for equipment and facility maintenance.
• Coordinate Preventive and Predictive Maintenance for material handling equipment, conveyors and HVAC.
• Develop action plans to prevent outages affecting operations.
• Manage capital budget activities for equipment upgrades.
• Ensure maintenance staff have required parts stock and safety standards.
• Provide training to Maintenance Team and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Oversight for training, scheduling and performance of technicians and sanitation staff.
• Maintain CMMS documentation and yearly reports.
