Job summary

Sephora’s Las Vegas Distribution Center is seeking a Facilities Clerk to order and reorder maintenance parts, and to act as the vendor liaison to ensure needs are met by the maintenance manager and vendors.

The role includes closing work orders, part sourcing, and data entry, with responsibilities like cycle counts, keeping Keep Trax data accurate, and coordinating receiving and stocking items.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in managing a parts store in a Maintenance Department.
• Must understand how to organize, secure and manage a successful parts room.
• Must have good planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs and coordinates physical count of inventory and compare to Keep Trax Assess, perform, and properly document necessary equipment and facility repairs and adjustments.
• Keeps stock items listed and managed in Keep Trax.
• Performs weekly cycle counts of maintenance parts to verify min/max are correct.
• Manages the inventory data in Keep Trax to ensure parts relate to maintainable equipment.
• May provide Keep Trax administrative support and a parts runner off site.
• Receives and stocks items as necessary.
• Communicates daily with outside vendors to ensure parts are ordered and delivered on time.
• Works with Planner to ensure PMs and WOs are entered into Keep Trax.
• Communicates with purchasing and accounting to ensure paperwork is processed as expected.
• Manages department spending by accounts and reports to Maintenance Manager.
• Ensures parts issuance on time with shift team leaders and keeps paperwork complete.
• Keeps the tool crib organized and fully stocked.
