Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Honolulu is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage inventory and branch administrative processes, supporting maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

This role handles parts ordering, inventory counts, warranty coordination, and collaboration with Customer Service to schedule repairs as parts arrive, with regular Monday–Friday hours and a requirement for strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and prevent loss.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and warranty departments to ensure timely parts.
• Conduct process analyses using ServiceNet or AS400 to improve profitability.
• Support Branch Financial Manager to enhance performance.
