Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in customer service and operations experience required
• 2 years working in service and parts department preferred
• Agile and quick learner, enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support timely service and minimize inventory loss
• Order parts through sourcing procedures and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering
• Receive and store parts, update PartsNet, perform regular inventory cycle counts
• Manage new and used battery inventory and ensure tires are stocked appropriately
• Coordinate warranty items shipment and follow-up with warranty department
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to ensure repairs are scheduled as parts become available
• Provide vendor support and ensure payments are processed correctly
• Support the branch financial manager to contribute to branch profitability
• Execute projects and tasks as assigned by Branch and District Financial Managers
• Use ServiceNet or AS400 to analyze operations and improve processes
