Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with branch team members.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile and quick learner with collaborative mindset and ongoing education.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable full attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support timely service and reduce loss risk.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by placing orders with Centralized Parts Ordering and coordinating with suppliers.
• Receive, store, and track parts; perform cycle counts; update PartsNet.
• Manage new & used battery inventory and ensure tires are available as needed.
• Coordinate warranty items and follow-ups with the warranty department.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Support vendor payments processing and accountability.
• Perform process analyses using systems like ServiceNet or AS400 to drive improvements.
• Assist the branch financial manager to enhance profitability.
