Job summary

Penske is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in St. Louis to manage branch inventory and administrative processes supporting maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

The role includes supervising parts inventory, coordinating orders, cycle counts, and using ServiceNet/AS400 for analysis. A high school diploma and 2+ years in service/parts are preferred; MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch for timely service and reduce inventory loss.
• Coordinate parts orders and ensure on-time, defect-free deliveries with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store, and organize parts; perform frequent cycle counts and maintain PartsNet updates.
• Manage new and used battery inventory and ensure tires are available as needed.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped on time and coordinate returns with warranty department.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Support vendor relations and ensure payments are processed correctly.
• Support the branch financial manager to contribute to profitability.
