Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
• 2+ years in customer service and operations
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel, work at the location, and pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and ensure timely service support
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering
• Receive, store, and update PartsNet; perform regular cycle counts
• Manage battery inventory and ensure tire supplies meet specifications
• Coordinate warranty items and returns with warranty department
• Support repairs scheduling with Customer Service Coordinator
• Provide vendor support and ensure correct payments
