Responsibilities

Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and reduce loss risk.
Order parts with sourcing procedures; coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering; ensure on-time delivery.
Receive, store and track parts; perform frequent cycle counts; maintain PartsNet updates.
Manage new/used battery inventory and tire stock in right quantities and specs.
Ensure warranty items are shipped timely and handle returns with warranty department.
Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
Provide vendor support and ensure proper payment processing.
