Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in service and parts department preferred.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office.
• Willingness to travel and work varied shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es).
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and order parts.
• Receive/store parts; update PartsNet; perform cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventory; ensure proper quantities.
• Handle warranty items and returns; coordinate with warranty dept.
• Coordinate with service team to schedule repairs.
• Support vendor relationships and payments processing.
• Perform process analyses using ServiceNet/AS400.
• Assist the Branch Financial Manager with performance data.
• Take on projects as assigned by management.
