Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in customer service and operations
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills with ability to collaborate with branch team members
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity ensuring timely service support and minimizing loss
• Maintain optimal stock levels by ordering parts with sourcing procedures
• Receive, store and track parts; ensure partsNet updates and regular cycle counts
• Manage battery and tires inventory; ensure warranty items shipped and tracked
• Coordinate with Customer Service to schedule repairs as parts become available
• Oversee vendor support and ensure correct payments processed
• Support branch financial manager to improve profitability
• Participate in projects and tasks assigned by Branch/ District Financial Manager
• Utilize ServiceNet or AS400 to analyze operational dynamics and drive process improvements
