• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for cross-team collaboration.

• 2+ years in customer service and operations required.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Proactive, agile learner with collaborative project experience.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and reduce loss.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels; order parts with sourcing procedures and coord with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store, and update PartsNet; perform regular cycle counts; ensure parts availability.
• Manage new/used battery inventory and tire stock; ensure correct quantities and specs.
• Coordinate warranty items with shipping, returns and warranty-grams; assist warranty dept.
• Work with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Ensure vendor payments are processed correctly and maintain vendor accountability.
• Perform process analyses on inventory, profitability, warranty campaigns and RO reviews.
