Job summary

Based at 22 Jacks Bridge Road, responsibilities include inventory control, parts ordering, cycle counts, and partnering with the warranties and service teams to ensure timely repairs and accurate vendor payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in service/parts environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to enable timely service and reduce loss.
• Perform process analytics for inventory, profitability, and warranty activities.
• Support branch financial manager to improve performance and profitability.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure accurate payments and procurement.
