Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and reduce loss.
• Order parts per sourcing procedures and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store, and track parts; conduct cycle counts and updates in PartsNet.
• Manage new/used battery inventory and tire stock by quantity and spec.
• Ensure warranty items ship on time and process returns in partnership with warranty.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to schedule repairs as parts arrive.
• Provide vendor support and ensure payments are processed correctly.
• Support branch financial manager with performance data and profitability insights.
