• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile, quick learner and collaborative on projects; continuous education mindset.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel as necessary; meet location requirements and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) and support service readiness.
• Maintain optimal stock levels; place orders with Centralized Parts Ordering; ensure timely deliveries.
• Receive, store and organize parts; update PartsNet; perform cycle counts.
• Manage new & used battery inventory and tire stock by quantity and specs.
• Coordinate warranty items and follow up with warranty department.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts are available.
• Ensure vendor payments are processed correctly.
