• 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
• 2 years working in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile and quick learner; enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Regular, predictable attendance essential.
• Willingness to travel and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) for timely service support and to mitigate inventory loss.
• Manage parts supply: ordering, receiving, storing, and updating PartsNet; conduct cycle counts.
• Control new and used battery inventory and tire stock in an organized way.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped and tracked; assist with returns and warranty-grams with Warranty Dept.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator so repairs are scheduled as parts are available.
• Ensure vendor payments are processed correctly and supplier performance is monitored.
• Support branch financial manager to contribute to profitability; undertake assigned projects.
