Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
• 2 years in service and parts department preferred.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and flexible schedule.
• Read, analyze information and collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at branch(es) to support service and profitability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts via sourcing procedures with Centralized Parts Ordering daily.
• Receive and store parts; update PartsNet; conduct cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventories and ensure proper quantities.
• Coordinate warranty items shipment and returns with warranty department.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs.
• Support branch financial performance; assist Branch/ District Financial Managers.
• Oversee vendor support and ensure payments are processed correctly.
