• At least 2 years in customer service and operations; service/parts experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite for daily tasks and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support timely service and reduce loss.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts with centralized processes.
• Receive, store and track parts; update PartsNet; conduct cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventories; ensure correct quantities and specs.
• Coordinate warranty shipments and returns with warranty department.
• Support repairs scheduling with Customer Service Coordinator; ensure vendor payments are accurate.
• Support branch financial manager and assist with assigned projects.
