Job summary

Penske is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator at our Elmsford, NY facility to manage branch inventory and administrative processes that drive maintenance efficiency and profitability. You will oversee parts stock, warranty activities and coordination with service teams to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include daily inventory counts, ordering with Centralized Parts Ordering, and collaboration with the warranty department.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in customer service and operations required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support timely service and minimize loss.
• Order parts with Centralized Parts Ordering to maintain optimal levels and ensure defect-free, on-time delivery.
• Receive, store and organize parts; update PartsNet; perform regular cycle counts.
• Manage new and used battery inventory and ensure tires are stocked to specification.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped on time and process returns with the warranty department.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Provide vendor support and ensure payments are processed correctly.
• Support branch financial manager to contribute to profitability.
