Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. located at 163-01 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY, seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to manage branch inventory and administrative processes that support maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities include overseeing parts inventory, coordinating with Centralized Parts Ordering, performing cycle counts, and analyzing profitability with ServiceNet or AS400; you will assist the Branch Financial Manager to drive performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to collaborate with branch team members.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in customer service and operations.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Productivity: oversee branch inventory to support timely service and minimize losses.
• Process Analytics: analyze inventory, maintenance profitability, and cycle counts using ServiceNet or AS400.
• Other Responsibilities: support Branch Financial Manager and assist with projects and district initiatives.
• Vendor support and ensuring payments are processed correctly.
