Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing seeks a Maintenance Coordinator in Torrance, CA to manage inventory and administrative processes that drive service efficiency and profitability.

You will oversee parts, battery and tire inventories, coordinate with warranty and service teams, and support branch financial performance. Strong Excel/Word skills and 2+ years in customer service and operations are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
• Experience in service and parts department is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and protect against loss.
• Maintain optimal inventory through daily ordering and supplier coordination.
• Receive, store and track parts; ensure PartsNet updates and cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventories; ensure availability and accuracy.
• Coordinate with warranty and service teams on repairs and returns.
• Support branch financial performance and vendor payments.
