• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations.
• 2 years working in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile and quick learner, collaborative, committed to ongoing education.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel, schedule flexibility, background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support timely service and reduce losses.
• Order parts per sourcing procedures and ensure on-time, defect-free deliveries with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store and cycle-count parts; keep PartsNet updated; ensure availability when needed.
• Manage new and used battery inventory and tire quantities and specs.
• Coordinate warranty items and follow up with Returns/Warranty team.
• Partner with Customer Service to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Ensure vendor support and payments processing accuracy.
• Support the branch financial manager to boost profitability.
