Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to maintain the grounds, building, and equipment of our Health Campus in a safe and effective manner. You will help organize and direct the Maintenance Department in accordance with federal and state standards, under the guidance of the Executive Director.

The role supports resident safety and satisfaction through proactive rounds, timely repairs, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a DOT physical before providing transportation service

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, building and equipment for the health campus.
• Make daily rounds to address maintenance, equipment and safety concerns.
• Perform repairs as needed and/or appropriate on equipment, building and grounds.
• Assist with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal and state regulations.
• Assist with driving the health campus bus for required maintenance appointments or resident trips as directed by the Maintenance Manager
