Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Manager of Facilities Maintenance to oversee the Plant Operations department at our health campus. You will plan, direct and optimize programs for grounds, building systems and equipment, ensuring safe, compliant operations for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes daily rounds, incident-free maintenance, MSDS governance and staff training to uphold high standards across the campus in Ohio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence with ability to transport residents.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Plant Operations department and its programs.
• Ensures safe operation of the building maintenance environment to promote resident welfare and safety.
• Performs daily rounds to address physical plant needs and ensure equipment is available and functioning.
• Maintains MSDS records and trains staff in hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs to equipment, buildings and grounds to keep the campus neat and safe.
