Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for Westlake Health Campus in Commerce, MI. You will maintain grounds, building and equipment to ensure resident safety and satisfaction, and help direct the Maintenance Department as needed.

The role involves proactive rounds, basic repairs, and occasional bus driving for resident trips or maintenance appointments, following applicable federal and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, building and equipment for the health campus.
• Make daily rounds to proactively address maintenance, safety, and resident/safety concerns.
• Perform repairs as needed on equipment, building and grounds.
• Assist with the operation of the Maintenance Department in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with driving the health campus bus for maintenance appointments or resident trips.
