Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Plant Operations department.
• Conducts daily rounds to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Ensures the safe operation of the building maintenance environment.

Skills

HVAC experience

Ability to operate a large van or bus

Knowledge of safety regulations

Education
