The role requires a high school diploma or GED/HSE and 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience, plus the ability to operate a large van or bus safely. Kentucky applicants may need a DOT physical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely and efficiently.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• For Kentucky applicants: DOT physical may be required before providing transportation service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, building and equipment for the health campus.
• Make daily rounds to proactively identify and address maintenance, equipment and safety concerns.
• Perform repairs as needed on equipment, building and grounds.
• Assist with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with regulations.
• Assist with driving the health campus bus for maintenance appointments or resident trips as directed.
