Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Assistant at our Louisville, KY health campus to maintain grounds, buildings, and equipment and support the Maintenance Department in daily operations.

You will perform rounds, address safety concerns, and assist with driving the health campus bus for residents and maintenance as directed by the Maintenance Manager. This role requires DOT-compliant transport readiness and state certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a DOT physical before providing transportation service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, building and equipment for the health campus.
• Make daily rounds to identify maintenance, equipment and safety concerns.
• Perform repairs on equipment, building and grounds as needed.
• Assist with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with driving the health campus bus for required maintenance or resident trips.
