Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Muncie, IN, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to maintain the grounds, building and equipment of our Health Campus. You will help ensure the health, welfare, safety and satisfaction of residents, and support the Maintenance Department under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with the ability to operate a large van or bus safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely.
• Meets state requirements for transporting residents and licenses/certifications.
• For Kentucky applicants: DOT physical before providing transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, building and equipment for the health campus.
• Make daily rounds to identify and address maintenance, equipment and safety concerns.
• Perform repairs on equipment, building and grounds as needed.
• Assist with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department.
• Assist with driving the health campus bus for required maintenance or resident trips.
