Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to care for the grounds, building, and equipment of our Health Campus in Louisville, KY. You will help supervise the Maintenance Department operations under the guidance of the Executive Director and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The role involves daily rounds, basic repairs, and occasional bus driving for resident trips or maintenance appointments to support resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a 15-passenger van/bus safely.
• Meets state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• For Kentucky applicants: DOT physical before providing transportation service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, building and equipment of the health campus.
• Make daily rounds to identify and address maintenance, equipment and safety concerns.
• Perform repairs on equipment, building and grounds as needed.
• Assist with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with regulations.
• Assist with driving the health campus bus for maintenance appointments or resident trips as directed.
