Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to maintain the grounds, building, and equipment of our Health Campus in a safe and effective manner, ensuring health, welfare, safety, and resident satisfaction. The role supports the Maintenance Department to align with federal, state, and local standards under the guidance of the Executive Director.

Key responsibilities include proactive rounds, performing repairs, and assisting with campus operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely and efficiently.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical before providing transportation service

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, building and equipment for the health campus.
• Make daily rounds to proactively identify and address maintenance, equipment and safety concerns that could impact the health, welfare, safety and satisfaction of our residents, families and employees.
• Perform repairs as needed and/or appropriate on equipment, building and grounds.
• Assist with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal and state regulations.
• Assist with driving the health campus bus for required maintenance appointments or resident trips as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
