Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience (painting, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and perform inspections to prevent breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities and properties, patch walls, floors, and apply coatings.
• Repair or replace electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and structural components.
• Install and service boilers, chillers, motors, fans, and pumps.
• Move/store furniture and equipment as needed.
• Estimate time and material costs for projects and requisition supplies.
