Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Service Manager III to coordinate maintenance and safety across multiple communities. You will schedule work, supervise staff, and oversee repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems. Strong OSHA/EPA knowledge is essential, plus ability to manage on-call rotations.

The role requires extensive hands-on work, the management of vendor relationships, and a focus on resident satisfaction. Minimum of 5 years in maintenance with supervisory exposure is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• HVAC, appliance repairs, and preventive maintenance knowledge.
• EPA 608 Type I/II certifications or equivalents required where applicable.
• Ability to oversee 500+ units and multiple communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance staff and schedules for on-site properties.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with OSHA and policies.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair building systems and equipment.
• Manage inventory, tools, and on-call rotation with team.
• Support property staff in driving resident satisfaction.
