Job summary

Homestead of Weatherford is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee repairs, upkeep of the community’s structure, equipment and grounds, and to report to the Executive Director. The role includes ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and timely response to maintenance emergencies.

The position requires coordinating staff, maintaining budgets, and performing preventive maintenance on facilities and essential systems, including electrical and plumbing.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with community policies, safety and procedures.
• Maintain building, grounds and equipment; perform repairs as needed.
• Organize fire drills and ensure safety equipment is inspected regularly.
• Ensure availability for maintenance emergencies (24/7).
• Manage budget and staffing for the maintenance department.
