Job summary

Homestead of Russell is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for repairs and maintenance of the community’s facilities, equipment, and grounds. The role reports to the Executive Director and requires coordinating with staff to ensure safety and compliance.

Essential duties include maintaining electrical and plumbing systems, organizing fire drills, and managing maintenance staff and budgets. Availability for emergencies is required, with adherence to State and Federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to work beyond normal hours including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Able to evacuate residents during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain the building, equipment, and grounds.
• Ensure electrical systems and appliances are in good working order.
• Maintain plumbing systems and perform routine inspections.
