Mayfair Management Group, LP is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily upkeep of facilities at Georgian Oaks, 210 E. 7th St, Fort Worth, TX.

The role requires reliability, strong attention to detail, and leadership to coordinate internal staff and outside contractors. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, organized, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks while ensuring safe, high‑quality results across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, masonry and general maintenance

Qualifications

• Reliable and detail‑oriented maintenance supervision is essential.
• Self‑starter with strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to keeping facilities safe and well‑maintained.

Responsibilities

• Directs carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, masonry and appliance repairs.
• Coordinates activities of employees and outside contractors.
• Maintains and repairs buildings and grounds to ensure safety and quality.
• Obtains bids, reviews bids, and recommends contractors to the Community Manager.
• Oversees preventative maintenance programs and budget planning.
• Supervises maintenance staff and enforces safety standards.
