Job summary

Stonemark is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee community upkeep and facilities operations. You will coordinate the maintenance staff, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across grounds, buildings, and systems.

You will inspect properties, manage budgets, and work closely with the Community Manager to address resident requests and major repairs. Strong technical knowledge and supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Five-year college or university program certificate; or four years in a service position at an apartment community or equivalent.
• EPA Universal Certification; HVAC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to residents.
• Establish daily work schedules for maintenance staff.
• Follow up on work assignments for efficient completion.
• Set up emergency maintenance on-call schedule and share contacts.
• Inspect the community regularly and report findings.
• Notify management of maintenance problems and recommended solutions.
• Assist in preparing maintenance records.
• Supervise outside contractors and maintenance personnel.
• Maintain preventive maintenance info and inventory of parts/tools.
