Novolex is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance teams at a manufacturing facility. You will drive performance, lead capital projects, and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage budgets and cross-functional initiatives. You will collaborate with corporate and plant resources to optimize operations, steward capital investments, and mentor

Qualifications

• BS in engineering with 6+ years in engineering field and supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate.
• Proficient with SAP; Six Sigma and PLC knowledge are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for Engineering and Maintenance to maximize machine, process, and facility performance.
• Ensure proper maintenance of facilities and equipment via predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Identify capital opportunities with corporate and plant resources; manage capital project submissions.
