Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred in Industrial Management, Engineering or Business.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience, with 3+ years supervisory.
• Experience in paper or consumer packaging preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to maximize production.
• Manage capital budget and develop technical talent.
• Ensure plant facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
• Oversee plant capital and engineering expense budgets.
• Coordinate capital deployment opportunities with resources.
• Oversee safety and environmental compliance.
• Lead performance management and salary administration.
