Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all facets of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety. This role drives efficiency, leads a high-performing team, and partners with demand planning to meet customer needs.

You will monitor KPIs, implement cost-saving initiatives, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Proven leadership in plant/manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Data-driven problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with safety regulations and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant operations to meet production targets.
• Develop strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to achieve goals.
• Lead and coach a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Collaborate with demand planning and supply chain teams to meet customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
