Novolex is seeking a senior Engineering leader to drive production efficiency, cost management, and technical excellence across Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams at a manufacturing site in Illinois. The role focuses on capital budgeting, staff development, and sustaining plant performance.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in engineering with supervisory experience, strong communication, and proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering with demonstrated project and process management skills.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to maximize production and meet cost targets.
• Manage capital budget and develop the group’s technical talent.
• Ensure plant facilities and production equipment are properly maintained.
• Coordinate capital deployment opportunities and CAR submissions.
• Oversee hiring, salary administration, performance management and employee development.
• Provide engineering support to sustain plant production and implement technical initiatives.
• Oversee the plant AOP budget and environmental compliance.
