Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/related field; advanced degrees a plus.
• Proven plant manager or senior operations leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational performance and process improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and reporting software.
