Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a maintenance leader to oversee daily maintenance in a refrigerated warehouse, ensuring machines and systems operate safely and efficiently. You will plan schedules, implement preventive programs, and support budgeting for long-term facility improvements.

You will ensure OSHA compliance and coordinate repairs, with a focus on mentoring staff and maintaining a safe work environment in a demanding setting.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of warehouse maintenance management experience.
High School diploma or GED required.
Completion of all eight RETA courses required.
HAZMAT certification required.
Americold Certified Maintenance Manager program completed within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance activities in a refrigerated warehouse.
Plan and coordinate maintenance associate work schedules.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure OSHA and municipal/state code compliance.
Collaborate on budget planning and capital expenditure.
Maintain safe, clean working environment and enforce safety policies.
Resolve maintenance issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
