Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. seeks a Manager of Engineering & Maintenance (Finance) to oversee daily maintenance operations in a refrigerated warehouse.

You will plan schedules, develop preventive maintenance programs, and ensure OSHA and code compliance while coordinating with management on budgets and long-term improvements. The role requires at least 5 years in warehouse maintenance management, a high school diploma or GED, RETA coursework, HAZMAT certification, and completion of Americold’s

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of warehouse maintenance management experience.
High School diploma or GED.
Completion of all eight RETA courses.
HAZMAT certification.
Americold Certified Maintenance Manager program within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance activities for machines, tools, equipment, and utility systems in a refrigerated warehouse.
Plan and assign work schedules for maintenance staff to ensure productivity.
Develop and update preventive maintenance programs and review reports.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and applicable codes.
Coordinate repairs and assess future maintenance needs and budgets.
Support annual maintenance budgeting and capital expenditure planning.
Maintain a safe, clean environment and enforce safety policies.
Performs other duties as needed.
